Senior Estimator:
seasoned, experienced professional to execute profitable sales growth plan for plumbing, piping, and sheet metal projects.
Duties include:
- Manage Requests For Proposals range of $500K to $3M per project
- Create Estimates and Win Profitable Jobs
- Actively Manage Bond Requests and Approvals
- Actively Manage MWBE Program
- Perform Contract Review
- Manage Buyout Process
- Manage Turnover Meeting to Project Managers
- Build Lasting Positive Client Relationships
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience required.
Knowledge of Fast Pipe, Fast Duct, 2010 MEP 3D Auto CAD/CAD Pipe a plus.
Experience managing pursuits and proposals for state and local government institutions, health institutions, and/or federal defense contracting a plus. Send resume to hr@chapmanmech.com
